Get your Environmental Legislative/Regulatory Information from Banks through our new report “The Update”

Banks Information Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce the future release of our new legislative/regulatory information post called, “The Update”. The update is being instituted as a service to our clients and the public so that they can keep a finger on the pulse of Texas and National Environmental/Oil & Gas regulation.

“The Update” is a unique service to the clients of Banks as this report will specifically be a legislative/regulatory update. We will not be discussing global warming issues, ethanol, or other current topics that are regularly discussed in the media; not to say that we will not from time to time post whatever catches our eye. Rather, we will focus on practical changes and proposals that would affect permitting, the regulatory process, and other informative topics that relate to the Environmental and Oil & Gas industries.

Although the “The Update” will not be in the traditional web blog format, we do encourage your interaction and feedback. If ever you feel there is a specific issue, or bill that you would like to see addressed or reviewed, please contact us. We will be more than willing to research and include any information we feel is relevant to this forum. Additionally, if you feel any of the bills and issues we present pose a question or concern; we encourage your input.
