MUNI reports detail all findings at every available local agency requested by the client and include copies of all documents available at the time of the research visit. A standard MUNI report includes research, a detailed report and copies of any corresponding documents from the Building Department, Fire Marshall, County/City Tax office, Tax Roles/Files, Zoning/Land Use, and the Health Department.
