APAR Research PackageAn All-Inclusive Package of Services for an Affected Property Assessment Report (APAR) In the state of Texas, the TCEQ mandates that an APAR is required when a consultant is addressing a release of COCs (Chemical of Concern) under the Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP). The purpose of the APAR is to document all relevant affected property information to identify all release sources and COCs, determine the extent of all COCs, identify all transport/exposure pathways, and to determine if any response actions are necessary. Our APAR Research Package is an all inclusive product that combines many of the different types of reports, research, and services that a consultant would need from an environmental data vendor like Banks to complete an APAR for the TCEQ.
