Nationwide Chain of Title Searches

Your link to historical property ownership

A chain of title search report is used to identify owners of properties and facilities back to 1940. Often called a “70-year search,” a chain of title report (property ownership search) is listed as a Standard Historical Source by ASTM 1527-05. Ownership title information is useful in determining previous uses of a property when conducting a Phase 1 Site Assessment.

Our nationwide network of county-level abstract researchers can provide a comprehensive chain of title report or title lien search for any site in the United States.
